The Only 3 Tools I Need for my Solopreneur Business — and why I love them

Running multiple businesses means I don’t just want good tools, I need them. Tools that save me time and keep me organized are the ones I keep coming back to. Lately, three platforms have truly stood out: Moxie, Canva, and HubSpot Freemium. Each one has helped me run things more smoothly.


Let me break down why I’m obsessed,


1. Moxie, The Freelance CEO’s Best Friend


Moxie feels like it was built for solopreneurs like me. It’s all-in-one: proposals, contracts, scheduling, task management, and even invoicing. Instead of bouncing between five different tools, I’ve been able to centralize so much in one place.

2. Canva, My Design Superpower


Canva has been everyone's secret weapon for looking polished without hiring a full-time designer. Whether I’m creating pitch decks or social media posts, I use Canva daily.

I finally gave HubSpot’s free CRM tools a chance,and it’s helped me stay on top of my leads and email marketing without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve been using it to track conversations, nurture relationships, and send out email updates to my list.
